As a Resource Manager based at our London headquarters in Farringdon, reporting to the Managing Director, you will optimize consultant utilization, ensuring efficient resource allocation and swift project staffing. Your role is vital in maintaining low bench levels by tracking project opportunities, anticipating consultant availability, and aligning resources with project needs, directly impacting our bottom line and the career development of our consultants. You will balance rapid project deployment with respecting consultants' career aspirations and preferences.
