Job description

Oversee the efficient deployment of personnel, enabling our teams to deliver exceptional results.

Your Role

As a Resource Manager, you will manage and coordinate all personnel resources for our Operations team. This role involves overseeing daily staffing logistics, maintaining accurate records of staffing and costs, and providing this information to Finance and other stakeholders for reporting and budgeting. Your insights will support senior management in making informed decisions on resource allocation aligned with organisational goals. You will collaborate with external staffing agencies to ensure appropriate staffing levels to meet customer demands. The role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.

Your Responsibilities
  • Manage resource records to maintain organisational structures.
  • Provide regular reports on resource status and budget utilisation.
  • Liaise with line managers for accurate and timely updates to resource records.
  • Coordinate overtime reporting to support finance processes.
  • Manage recruitment through agencies, including requirements notification and vacancy resolution.
  • Monitor and host meetings with recruitment agencies to evaluate performance.
  • Support the operations team with resource-related queries.
  • Assist the Support Services team to ensure accurate cost attribution to budgets.
Your Skills and Experiences
  • Experience in financial and strategic management with commercial awareness.
  • Proficiency in Excel, including pivot tables.
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and make recommendations.
