Role Location:

You can work from any of our 6 offices in the UK (including Bristol, Cheltenham & London) or from home, you decide. The role will however require regular meetings with key stakeholders in Bristol.

About the Role:

As the Resource Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the provision of the correct, competent, and reliable resources to project teams, enabling the safe delivery of work activities. Reporting to the CG Portfolio Delivery Lead, you will respond to immediate resourcing requests and collaborate with Account Managers and the Sales team to understand future demand for workforce planning. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Ownership of resource planning processes for CG projects and bids, including presenting options for matching personnel to projects.
  2. Identifying and securing personnel for open roles within CG projects and bids.
  3. Identifying project roles for available personnel within CG.
  4. Supporting role rotations to meet business needs and individual career objectives, maintaining high staff motivation.
  5. Driving timely onboarding of personnel to projects.
  6. Supporting offboarding processes and updating the Operations team on personnel availability.
  7. Serving as the point of contact for all CG personnel not currently assigned to a project, keeping them informed about opportunities and timelines.
  8. Updating trackers to support the Resource Dashboard and pipelines.
  9. Managing relationships and engagement with customers and partners.

The Fit:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in resourcing or recruitment, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels and proactively provide solutions. IT knowledge, especially in software, is preferred given our consultancy focus.

Security Clearance: Due to the industries we serve, the successful candidate must be able to obtain high-level security clearance. Applicants must be British citizens and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years.
