CACI Limited seeks an experienced Resource Manager to join its growing Central Government business. This role involves ensuring effective resource management for projects, collaborating with stakeholders, and fostering staff motivation through proactive solutions. We are the Information Intelligence Group (IIG) of CACI UK, a specialist technical consultancy providing bespoke solutions to solve complex operational problems. As we continue to grow, we are looking to appoint an experienced Resource Manager to join our Central Government (CG) business.
Role Location:
You can work from any of our 6 offices in the UK (including Bristol, Cheltenham & London) or from home, you decide. The role will however require regular meetings with key stakeholders in Bristol.
About the Role:
As the Resource Manager, you will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure the provision of the correct, competent, and reliable resources to project teams, enabling the safe delivery of work activities. Reporting to the CG Portfolio Delivery Lead, you will respond to immediate resourcing requests and collaborate with Account Managers and the Sales team to understand future demand for workforce planning. The Fit:
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in resourcing or recruitment, with the ability to work confidently with stakeholders at all levels and proactively provide solutions. IT knowledge, especially in software, is preferred given our consultancy focus.
Security Clearance: Due to the industries we serve, the successful candidate must be able to obtain high-level security clearance. Applicants must be British citizens and have lived permanently in the UK for the last 5 years.
