The role: Resource Delivery Executive

At British Airways, keeping our operation running smoothly depends on how well our plans are delivered in real time. Within our Operations Planning directorate, we turn workforce plans into day-to-day operational success.
As a Resource Delivery Executive, you'll play a key role in this - deploying workforce resources, supporting frontline teams and responding to live challenges to help keep the operation running safely and efficiently.
This role sits within the Resource Delivery team, reporting to a Resource Delivery Manager, and focuses on real-time deployment and operational support.
Work Pattern: This role operates on a 7-day roster with early, day, and late shifts. Working hours may range between 04:30 and 21:00, including weekend coverage. Shift-based roles attract additional shift allowance.
