Role and key responsibilities for Resource Controller:

• Respond to business/management-driven queries and requests
• Handle customer queries over the phone
• Accurately input data into the system
• Check resource availability
• Ensure all deadlines are met

Minimum Requirements for Resource Controller:

• Excellent organisational skills
• Ability to work with a high degree of accuracy
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of the repairs and maintenance sector is advantageous
• Confidence with IT and computer systems
