Resource Consultant (RC) L2

Hybrid – Location: More London Place (London Bridge)

The Resource Consultant is responsible for demand requests and fulfilment, triaging and escalating complex requests to RMs, and championing data accuracy.

Main Responsibilities Include (but Are Not Limited To)
  • Supply and demand management: Handling demand requests, escalation to RM for complex cases, liaising with Engagement Leads, providing human insight to technology-generated shortlists, presenting candidates, analyzing capacity trends, and providing alternative resourcing options.
  • Employee experience management: Working with RM to understand client server characteristics and advocating a DE&I lens on resourcing decisions.
  • Commercial reporting and analysis: Ensuring data accuracy, reviewing data trends, and regulatory reporting for service lines like Audit.
  • Team contribution: Building skills and knowledge within the wider Resourcing team, possibly coaching offshore RA team members.
