Job summary

NATS Ltd is seeking a Resource & Capability Manager to lead the Airport Systems and Integration Team, guiding resource planning, workforce development and performance management. The role drives cultural excellence and ensures effective delivery across engineering and other specialist roles.

You will partner with senior leaders to prioritise demand, shape succession and development, and support governance, risk management and bidding activity. A flexible hybrid work model is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in People Management or Business Management or equivalent
• Proven leadership of large teams in a complex environment
• Experience in resource planning, workforce development and operational management

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage engineers and specialists to align with organisational priorities
• Provide direction, coaching and support to foster high performance
• Collaborate with outcome leads to set objectives and monitor progress
• Drive performance reviews and address behavioural issues promptly
• Shape development opportunities through stretch assignments, rotations and training
• Act as deputy for the Manager of Airports Systems and Integration to oversee business management tasks
