Resource Base Teacher / SEN Teacher - SN15

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering creative, individualized lesson plans to meet diverse communication and interaction needs
• Monitoring and reporting on pupils' progress, setting personalized educational goals
• Collaborating with parents, carers, and specialists (e.g., speech therapists) to support holistic development
• Maintaining an inclusive, calm classroom that fosters emotional well-being and safety
• Leading and mentoring teaching assistants to provide consistent, supportive education

About You

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a passion for supporting complex needs and SEND education
• Skilled in child-centered and differentiated teaching approaches to support individualized learning
• Strong communicator with excellent collaboration skills for working with parents and multidisciplinary teams
• Creative, adaptable, and committed to a nurturing, inclusive learning environment
• Leadership experience or a keen interest in taking on Resource Base leadership responsibilities
