Overview

Higher Level Teaching Assistant – Resource Base

Grade 6 SCP 18

32.5 hours per week

Term time - includes 1 Trust Development Day and 1 INSET

Start Date: ASAP

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant to join our school, working alongside a highly skilled Resource Base Team and Additional Educational Needs team.

You will have previous experience working with children, young people, or adults with specific additional learning needs and ideally will already hold HLTA status or have a willingness to complete the training.

Your role will involve working closely with the Lead Teacher in the Resource Base to ensure students are able to access the mainstream classroom curriculum either through delivering support and lessons in the base or supporting pupils in their mainstream class. You will be required to assist with school break and/or lunchtime duties.

Full training will be given.
