Job summary

Irvine Company is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst for the Resort at Pelican Hill in Newport, Wales, with primary responsibility as the finance business partner for client groups. You will develop budgets, forecasts, and period close activities while delivering clear, actionable financial insights.

The role requires 5+ years of finance experience, strong analytical skills, and proficiency in SAP ERP, Tableau, and related tools.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of financial experience including budgeting forecasting variance analysis and reporting.
• Experience in large, complex organizations with changing priorities and deadlines.
• Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint and Google Suite.

Responsibilities

• Serve as on-site finance partner for operating client groups.
• Develop tactics to meet or exceed annual financial goals.
• Provide financial reporting, KPIs, and variance analysis.
• Manage month-end processes, journal entries, and accruals.
• Create dashboards and metrics for finance leadership and clients.
• Identify opportunities for financial/operational improvements.
