Engage Services (Marston Holdings Limited group) seeks a Warrant Field Agent to operate as a self-employed, on-site field professional across the UK. The role offers flexible hours with guaranteed daily rates and the potential for career progression within the group.

You will lead on-site operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, and high-quality service while coordinating with clients and internal teams. A minimum of one year's relevant experience is required.

Formación

• Minimum 1 year experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related field (police, armed forces, enforcement, etc).
• Full UK driving licence is required.
• Access to your own vehicle with business insurance is required.
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle is required when working in London.
• Clean DBS check and healthy credit history are essential.

Responsabilidades

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK.
• Recover utility arrears and carry out meter disconnections or exchanges.
• Plan, organise, and lead on-site teams (locksmiths, engineers, dog handlers).
• Manage workloads with up to four weeks' visibility of scheduled work.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Ensure compliance with legislation, FCA rules, data protection and company policies.
• Prepare reports and documentation on operations and performance.
• Identify, manage and resolve disputes per procedures.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to meet objectives.

Warrant Officer - Self-Employed

Self-Employed | Part-Time / Full-Time

Guaranteed Daily Rate: £130-£150 per day (dependent on skills and experience)

About the Role

As a Warrant Field Agent, you will be responsible for executing court warrants at residential and commercial properties across the UK. This is a pioneering self-employed role offering flexibility, guaranteed daily rates, and clear visibility of upcoming work.

You will operate independently while leading on-site teams and ensuring all activities are carried out safely, professionally, and in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

Must have a minimum of 1 year's previous experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related industry (e.g. Police, Armed Forces, Prison Service, Enforcement, Security, or similar operational field-based roles).

Key Responsibilities

• Execute court warrants at residential and commercial properties
• Recover utility arrears and carry out meter disconnections or exchanges
• Plan, organise, and lead on-site teams, including locksmiths, engineers, and dog handlers
• Manage workloads with up to four weeks' visibility of scheduled work
• Provide guidance and mentorship to team members
• Ensure full compliance with all relevant legislation, FCA rules, data protection requirements, and company policies
• Conduct operational assessments and evaluations to improve effectiveness
• Prepare accurate reports and documentation relating to operations and performance
• Identify, manage, and resolve disputes in line with agreed procedures
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to achieve operational objectives

Working Pattern & Benefits

• Work as many days as you choose (minimum of 2 weekdays per week)

• Monday to Friday and/or Saturdays (subject to client operating hours)

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 1 year's previous experience as a Warrant Field Agent or in a related industry (e.g. Police, Armed Forces, Prison Service, Enforcement, Security, or similar operational field-based roles).
• Full UK driving licence
• Access to your own vehicle with business insurance
• ULEZ-compliant vehicle (if working within the London ULEZ zone)
• Clean DBS check
• Healthy credit history

CCJs may be considered where satisfactory repayment arrangements are in place

• Strong organisational, leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
