Job Role: ResidentialYouth Support Worker
Contract: Full Time, Permanent
Shift Pattern: Long days and sleep-ins on a rotational schedule
Location: Swan House, Nottinghamshire
Salary: £26,749.00 - £27,747.00 per annum (base salary). With an earning potential of £29,066.12 - £30,064.12 (inclusive of on average 1 sleep in per week & your attendance allowance of £1,400 per annum).
Homes2Inspire is looking for a Residential Youth Support Worker to join the team at an established residential home in Mapperley Plains, Nottingham. This is a unique opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the life of a young people, guiding them towards a brighter future while upholding the highest standards of care. The successful candidate will work closely with a young people to support their emotional and challenging behaviours, time-management, and day-to-day mental health.
