Join Our Team as a Residential Youth Support Worker!

Job Role: Residential Youth Support Worker

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Shift Pattern: Earlies/Lates/Long days and sleep-ins on a rotational schedule

Salary: £25,798 - £30,048.12 per annum (Inclusive of attendance allowance of £1,400 and 1 sleep-in per week at £44.56 each)

  • Willingness to work towards a QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare
  • Commitment to shift work including sleep-in duties and overtime
  • Full UK driving license
