Job summary

Keys Group seeks support workers for a 5-bed Children’s home to support five young females aged 11–18 to reach their potential, navigate development, education and health, and build positive relationships. You will work as part of a compassionate, resilient team under a registered manager, handling challenging situations with care and professionalism.

Experience in care or transferable skills such as youth work, education, sports or working with vulnerable people is beneficial.
Full UK Driving licence is desired.

Responsibilities

Act as a professional parent, to provide encouragement and praise.
Provide emotional and physical support to allow the children to reach their full potential in sometimes challenging situations.
Build friendships and trusting relationships.
Help them to find pleasure in everyday tasks.
Empower them to make decisions about themselves.
Ensure a safe home environment, cleaning, laundry, cooking is part of the job.
