Job Details
  • Role: Residential Youth Support Worker
  • Contract: Full Time, Permanent
  • Shift Pattern: Earlies, Lates, Long days, and sleep-ins on a rotational schedule
  • Location: Attenborough, Nottinghamshire
  • Salary: £25,798 - £30,048.12 per annum (including attendance allowance of £1,400 and sleep-in pay of £44.56 per night)

Homes2Inspire is seeking a Residential Youth Support Worker to join our residential team at Lenton, Nottingham. We are committed to supporting vulnerable young people by providing stability, guidance, and trauma-informed care to help them overcome challenges and reach their potential.

Responsibilities
  • Support young people in a residential setting, fostering a safe and nurturing environment
  • Work towards achieving a QCF Level 3 in Residential Childcare
  • Work flexible shifts, including sleep-ins and overtime
  • Maintain a full UK driving licence
