Job summary

Sgscare is hiring a Residential Children’s Team Leader in Wigan to lead a supportive environment for young people aged 8–18. The ideal candidate will have a Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare and experience in an Ofsted Registered Children's Home. You will be responsible for supporting young people's daily routines, building meaningful relationships, and ensuring high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Experience within an Ofsted Registered Children's Home is preferred.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are necessary.
