Job summary

Gcb is seeking an experienced Sales Valuer to join our independent estate agency covering the Mildenhall area. You will win instructions, generate business, and grow market share with an uncapped commission model.

The role requires a minimum of 2 years in residential listings or valuations, strong local knowledge, and a professional, client-focused approach. A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in residential property listings or valuations.
• Strong local market knowledge or ability to develop quickly.
• Proven track record of winning instructions and generating new business.
• Professional and confident manner with excellent written and verbal skills.

Responsibilities

• Generate valuation opportunities through proactive business development and networking.
• Conduct market appraisals and provide accurate property valuations.
• Win new instructions and secure property listings.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients.
