Job summary

Gcb, an established estate agency in Bexley, South East London, is recruiting a Property Valuer / Lister. The role focuses on valuing properties, converting appraisals into instructions, and generating new business while driving the branch’s growth.

Guaranteed earnings for the first three months, plus incentives and clear career progression. Key duties include winning listings, advising vendors on marketing to secure best sale prices, and collaborating with the sales team to match properties

Qualifications

• Experience in property valuations and listing is essential.
• Proven ability to convert valuations into instructions.
• Strong business development and lead generation skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct property valuations and convert appraisals into new instructions.
• Provide expert marketing advice to help vendors achieve the best possible sale price.
• Win new listings and maximise instruction opportunities.
• Generate new leads and proactively develop new business.
• Build strong relationships with vendors and prospective clients.
• Work closely with the sales team to match properties with suitable buyers.
• Support morning meetings and team performance when the Branch Manager is away.
• Contribute to branch management, profitability and overall business growth.
