Job summary

Vetro Recruitment seeks a Residential Children\'s Support Worker for a Specialist Therapeutic Children\'s Home in Southend-on-Sea. You will build trusting relationships with the children, support daily routines and emotional regulation, and use trauma-informed approaches to keep them safe and understood.

You will collaborate with colleagues, families, and professionals to contribute to care plans and records, acting as a positive role model and supporting skills development through activities
