Job summary

Knightwood Associates in Essex is seeking a Senior Architectural Technologist to produce high-quality technical drawings and construction information for residential developments, from concept through to construction.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations, proficiency in AutoCAD, and client-facing communication. Revit experience is advantageous. You will coordinate with internal teams and external consultants and manage multiple projects with attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Experience in residential housing projects and delivering construction information.
• Strong knowledge of UK Building Regulations and building construction details.
• Proficient in AutoCAD; Revit experience is advantageous.
• Excellent client-facing communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities across several projects.
