A local council in England is seeking a Residential Team Leader for its new children's home in Exeter. This role involves supervising shifts, supporting staff, and providing care to children with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have experience with youth and knowledge of Ofsted regulations. The position offers a salary between £30,518 to £33,699 annually, plus enhancements.

Pay and enhancements:
37 hours per week plus enhancements (up to £4,000 per year)
We work on a 3 shift per 24 hours basis (AM/PM/Nights or sleep ins) and our homes are open up to 365 days a year.
Our Childrens Homes are registered with Ofsted and provide support for children and young people with complex needs, ensuring their line individual care plans and needs are met.
The ethos of the service is to provide children with a home-from-home experience and enhance and promote their life experiences and independence. You'll also be helping them to prepare for the next stage of their life.
