Job summary

Branas Isaf Children's Services, part of the CareTech family, is seeking a Residential Team Leader / Senior Support Worker in Corwen. You will lead shifts, mentor staff, and ensure high-quality care for children with complex needs.

The role requires 12 months in children's residential care, leadership experience, and a full UK driving licence. A sleep-in pattern is included with enhanced pay and a strong induction programme.

Qualifications

• 12 months' experience in a Children's residential care setting
• Experience leading or supporting a staff team
• Full UK manual driving licence (essential)

Responsibilities

• Support young people to build positive relationships and achieve their full potential
• Lead shifts and act as a positive role model within the home
• Promote a person-centred, therapeutic approach
• Work collaboratively with education, therapy and management teams
• Participate in the Management On-Call rota
• Comfortable using an electronic care recording system daily to document, monitor and update records
