You will be responsible for supporting the Service and Deputy manager and be the point of contact for the rest of the team when the Locality manager is off site. You will be carrying out care needs assessments, creating and maintaining person centred support plans and ensuring high quality support is being provided to each of the people that we support along with the staff teams. Carrying out other duties designated by the Manager which may include delegation of duties to support workers. You will always promote good practice and act as an effective and positive role model. Your working hours will be a mix of on rota and off rota time. During your on rota time, you will be required to work alone with the people you support or as part of a team, and may be required to provide support in any location appropriate to meet the needs of the service.

The Company may reasonably require you to meet the changing needs of service provision.
