Residential Children's Home - EBD - Residential Team Lead

You must have experience in a Residential Children's Home

Location: Blackpool

Salary: up to £16 per hour + £70 per sleep-in

Position: Residential Team Lead

Hours: Full time

Home details: High end Residential Children's Home, EBD Emotional Behaviour Disorder

You will have:
  1. Experience as a Residential Support Worker in a Residential Children's Home.
  2. Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent).
  3. In-depth knowledge and experience in Residential Children's Homes.
  4. Excellent communication and organisational skills.
  5. Valid & Clear UK Driving Licence.
Key responsibilities:
  1. NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Children's and Young People Workforce.
  2. Experience within residential childcare and working alongside young people.
  3. A valid & clear driving license.
  4. You will also be 21+ years of age or above (to meet Ofsted regulations).
