Residential Surveyors required for a leader & trusted name in property

The Opportunity

This is a client- and lender-facing role where you’ll carry out a mix of valuation and survey work across residential properties. You’ll be supported by an established team, benefit from structured training, and enjoy the autonomy to manage your own workload.

Key Responsibilities

• Carrying out valuations for both lender and private clients
• Completing RICS Level 1, 2 & 3 surveys (lvl 3 an advantage but not essential)
• Delivering accurate, clear and timely reports
• Representing the business professionally on site and in writing

What You’ll Need

• MRICS or FRICS qualification
• Registered Valuer status
• Strong communication skills and confidence with IT/reporting systems
• Full UK Driving Licence
