Job Location: UK - Thetford

Job Profile: Chartered Surveyors, established in 1989, is the UK's leading residential surveyor and property risk expertise provider. We complete over one property inspection every 12 seconds, employing more than 600 surveyors nationwide, offering extensive local knowledge and nationwide coverage.

We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing entities, estate agents, and private customers. We are seeking additional RICS-accredited Residential Surveyors to support our growing mortgage valuation workload, providing the most concise postcode coverage among corporate brands, reducing travel time and increasing survey capacity.

Candidate Requirements: RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying, including Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports.
