Job summary

A well-established Surveying practice in South East London is seeking to hire a Residential Surveyor due to increased business levels. This role offers a competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000 with an On Target Earnings in excess of £60,000, along with employee benefits including healthcare and operational support. The Surveyor will be responsible for conducting Residential Valuation Reports and various home surveys while ensuring excellent customer service and meeting personal targets.

Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established Surveying practice, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Woolwich area to join their team.

Working Hours:

• Full time

Our client is offering the successful Residential Surveyor:

• Basic salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
• On Target Earnings of £60,000 - £75,000
• Fixed geographical area to work in
• Admin and Operational support including booked appointments and compliance
• Employee Benefits including Healthcare, employee referral scheme and subscription fees paid

As a Residential Surveyor your role will involve:

• Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Private home surveys – Level 1 and 2 Surveys
• Produce accurate property reports using market leading IPad technology
• Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
• Attend Regional meetings

Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:

• Experience as a practising Surveyor
