Residential Surveyors Required High End Firm - £110k+ OTE + Benefits

My client is an established, high-end surveying firm that, as a result of both sustained and growing workload, is seeking to appoint several surveyors into well-earning patches across London & the Home Counties:

Senior Surveyor (Assoc RICS/MRICS with 2+ years PQE; VRS desirable but not essential) - c£65k basic + benefits (OTE up to £110k p/a). Focus on private Level 2 and Level 3 surveys; no lender panel valuations (training provided on Level 3s).

Associate Director (5+ years PQE) - c£75k basic + benefits (OTE up to £120k p/a). Leading surveyor with responsibilities including mentoring, supporting newer team members, and contributing to business development and marketing strategies.

Commission is paid monthly, up to 40%+ of fees above thresholds. Additional compliance bonuses (based on KPIs) are paid quarterly.

• South East London - SE
• East London - E
• West London - W
• South West London - SW
• Surrey - GU/RG

The ideal surveyor will:

• Seek a low-volume, high-quality workload away from corporate panel instructions
• Enjoy bespoke reporting for private clients, focusing on larger fees with fewer jobs
• Be confident in referrer relationships, marketing, and representing a premium brand through networking with agents and clients
