Working hours:

  • Full Time or Part Time

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

  • Basic salary between £55,000 - £60,000 per annum
  • 10% Commission on personal net billings
  • OTE of £70,000 - £80,000
  • Ongoing CPD
  • Home-based working role

To be considered for the Residential Surveyor role, you must have:

  • Minimum AssocRICS with a RICS accredited degree or MRICS / FRICS qualifications
  • Strong track record in Surveying
  • Registered Valuer Status

Your responsibilities as a Residential Surveyor will include:

  • Carrying out valuation and survey work, including:
  • Level 2 Surveys
  • Level 3 Surveys
  • Red Book Valuations
  • Bespoke Building Surveys
  • Private and Panel work
  • Liaising with the centralised hub regarding appointments
  • Maintaining client relationships to ensure timely completion of work
