We are currently representing a multi-disciplinary practice incorporating both Residential and Commercial work, seeking an experienced Surveyor to join their team. The role includes undertaking valuation and surveying work such as Level 2 and 3, Red Book Valuations, Bespoke Building Surveys, Help to Buy, and Probate. This is a varied role offering a competitive salary and benefits, with a focus on staff well-being, a positive working environment, and career longevity.

Working hours:

  • Full Time or Part Time

The successful Residential Surveyor will be offered:

  • Basic salary between £55-60K per annum
  • 10% Commission on personal net billings
  • OTE of £70,000 - £80,000
  • Ongoing CPD
  • Home-based working role

Requirements to be considered:

  • Minimum AssocRICS with a RICS accredited degree or MRICS / FRICS qualifications

Role responsibilities include:

  • Carrying out valuation and survey work including:
