VRS preferred but not essential (SAVA Students/Graduates Opportunities)

Location:

North-East England, Tyne and Wear, County Durham, Northumberland, Teesside, North side of North Yorkshire

About Us -
Our client is a trusted, independent residential surveying and valuation firm. Covering North Northumberland to North Yorkshire. They deliver Level 2 Home Surveys, Level 3 Building Surveys and residential valuations for a wide range of clients

You should be:
*Confident in building pathology and residential valuation
*Able to work independently from a home-based office
*Committed to high-quality reporting, continuous learning, and team collaboration

Your Qualifications -
*AssocRICS or MRICS (or close to qualifying — e.g. 2nd-year SAVA students are welcome to apply)
*VRS Registered Valuer (desirable but not essential)
*Experience conducting Level 2 and/or Level 3 surveys and residential valuations
