Job Location: UK - Newcastle

Job Profile: Chartered Surveyors, established in 1989, is the UK's leading residential surveyor and property risk expertise provider. We conduct over one property inspection every 12 seconds, employing more than 600 surveyors nationwide, offering extensive local knowledge and coverage.

We work with lenders, intermediaries, social housing, estate agents, and private clients. We are seeking additional RICS-accredited Residential Surveyors to support increasing Mortgage Valuation work for major UK lenders. Our large network allows for minimal travel time, maximizing survey efficiency.

Candidate Requirements: RICS registered valuer with at least one year of post-qualification experience in residential surveying, including Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports.
