Job description

Residential Surveying Opportunities – Financial Services Group – All patches considered – c£75-100k OTE + Package

We work exclusively with the Surveying arm of a major financial services group, UK wide.

With a longstanding traditional workload comprising in-house valuations, top tier lender work and private surveys, they have recently expanded their service offering to include tablet based expert witness reports which can be undertaken at volume, for high fees ensuring excellent OTE.

As a result of this diversification (underpinned by an excellent internal training programme) they are now looking to hire a number of additional earnings focused Residential Surveyors as follows:

• Full-time employed
• Any location considered with particularly urgent vacancies in East London, Essex, Hertfordshire, Berkshire, SE London, NW London, North London
• Undertaking a broad but sustainable (and manageable) mix of work comprising HBR’s (L2), Valuations (Mortgage, Help to Buy, Probate, Matrimonial) and Expert Witness Reports (full training provided)
• Bonuses based on fees OR volume – whichever target you hit first - ensuring you enjoy decent OTE regardless of fee/work levels in your area
• Expert Witness work is instructed via panels of solicitors representing tenants pursuing larger landlords (usually social housing) for disrepair and damages (small claims – no valuation element and all remedial costs are pre-filled in the tablet-based reports using bespoke software)
• OTE protected when MV volumes are low – Expert Witness work provides greater £ per point for less risk (no valuation/risk of claim or attendance at court) and requires NO PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE (full training provided in post – be up and running in a few days)
