Job Description:

Due to increased business levels, our clients, a well-established Surveying practice, are looking to recruit a Residential Surveyor in the Canterbury area to join their team.

This is an opportunity to join an award-winning business, offering an excellent basic salary, bonuses, and car allowance.

Working Hours:

  • Full time
  • Remote / work-from-home basis

Our client is offering a successful Residential Surveyor:

  • Basic salary ranging from £45,000 - £55,000 dependent on experience
  • On Target Earnings of £60,000 - £75,000
  • Fixed geographical area to work in
  • Admin and Operational support including booked appointments and compliance
  • Employee Benefits including Healthcare, employee referral scheme and subscription fees paid

As a Residential Surveyor, your role will involve:

  • Carrying out Residential Valuation Reports and Private home surveys – Level 1 and 2 Surveys
  • Produce accurate property reports using market leading iPad technology
  • Meeting personal income targets to maximise productivity and profit
  • Attend Regional meetings

Requirements for Residential Surveyor role:

  • Experience as a practising Surveyor
  • RICS Membership
  • VRS registered
  • Ability to provide excellent customer service
  • Technical expertise in Surveying
  • Ability to work in fast paced organisation
