Surveyor & Registered Valuer – West London / M4 Corridor
Base: £55K–£75K | OTE: £65K–£115K+
Roles at Surveyor, Senior Surveyor, Associate Director and above

I’m working with a growing surveying firm that’s offering something a bit different - a low-volume, high-detail model focused on quality over quantity. They’ve built a strong reputation across London and the South East, and now they’re looking to add to their team, ideally someone based in West London (but open to anyone along the M4 corridor too).

They’re hiring at a few levels depending on your experience, from Surveyor up to senior leadership. The common thread? You’ll be given the tools, time, and support to deliver in-depth surveys without churning through high volumes. It’s a role where quality and earnings both matter - the structure is set up to support both.

Roles & Packages

Depending on level:

• Surveyor – base £55K | OTE up to £85K
• Senior Surveyor – base £65K | OTE up to £105K
• Associate Director – base £75K | OTE up to £115K
• Senior Leadership – salary open, built around the right person
