Job summary

Connells Group UK is seeking a VRS-registered RICS Surveyor to support customers in Torquay, delivering lender valuations and Level 2 surveys for a national client base.

Qualifications

• Must hold or be eligible for MRICS/FRICS/AssocRICS status.
• Must hold or be eligible for RICS Registered Valuer status.

Responsibilities

• Provide lender valuations for clients in Torquay.
• Deliver Level 2 surveys and associated reports.
• Support a national client base with valuation services.

You'll have
