• Experience in Residential surveying inclusive of but not limited to Mortgage Valuations and RICS Home Surveys Level 1, 2 & 3.
• Detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology.
• Strong performance and risk awareness within a regulatory environment.
• Associate, Member or Fellow of the RICS.
• Desire to develop professionally and continuously improve.
