Job summary

e.surv Chartered Surveyors, part of the UK’s leading residential surveyor network, is seeking a RICS valuer in the Nottingham area with post-qualification experience to focus on Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports.

You will work across numerous postcodes, using iPad technology for faster report completion and remote working, with flexible home-based options where available.

Qualifications

• RICS registered valuer with at least one year post-qualification experience in residential surveying.
• Experience delivering Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports.
• Ability to manage work across multiple postcodes.

Responsibilities

• Deliver Mortgage Valuation work for lenders and provide accurate reports.
• Support a growing volume of valuations across the network.
• Utilise iPad technology to enable faster report completion and remote working.

About you

You’ll need to be a RICS registered valuer with at least one year post-qualification experience in residential surveying. This should include a mix of Mortgage Valuations and HomeBuyer Reports.
