We are currently looking for a Residential Surveyor to join our clients, a well-respected independent practice in the Leeds area. Our clients are a friendly, supportive practice that provides the ability to work on a hybrid basis.

This is an excellent opportunity for a passionate surveyor looking to take the next step in their career. The successful candidate will be working closely with the director, with a view to gradually taking on more responsibility and playing a key role in the future growth of the business.

Working hours

• Full-time position
• Hybrid work model (in-office days negotiable for the right person)

Our client is offering the Residential Surveyor

• Basic salary up to £60,000 (dependent on experience)
• On Target earnings up to £70,000
• 28 days including bank holidays, plus additional days over xmas period
• Mileage expenses paid

Residential Surveyor requirements

• Minimum MRICS qualified
• Registered Valuer Status
• UK driving license
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

The role of Residential Surveyor will consist of

• Carrying out Level 2 reports (Essential)
• Conducting Level 3 Surveys (Essential)
• Party Wall Matters (preferred)
• Dilapidations (Preferred)
