We have an exciting opportunity to join Connells Survey & Valuation as a Surveyor within a leading surveying and valuation panel management company.

Requirements:

• Experience in Residential surveying, including Mortgage Valuations, RICS Level 1, 2 & 3 Surveys, and Drive-By valuations.
• Detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology.
• Strong performance and risk awareness within a regulatory environment.
• Membership of RICS (Associate, Member, or Fellow).
• A passion for personal development and professional growth.
