Residential Surveyor

We are looking to recruit an experienced VRS registered RICS Surveyor in Dorchester covering post codes DT1-11 to help us shape the future of the residential surveying industry.

Qualifying Criteria for a Surveyor

1. Assoc RICS, MRICS or FRICS
2. Registered Valuer with RICS or eligible
3. Post-qualification experience in buy-to-let, leasehold and HMO is preferred but not essential

Key Responsibilities of a Surveyor

1. Undertaking lender and private valuation work and L2 surveys
2. Detailed knowledge of building construction and pathology
