Up to £26,199.00 per annum + £60 per sleep

Children's Residential Support Worker

Do you want to make a difference to a child's life? Become a highly valued Children's Residential Support Worker and start a truly rewarding career!

Hours: Full time, 2 days on, 4 days off (with sleep nights). We operate 365 days a year due to the nature of our work. Rota schedules are provided in advance.

Pay rate: £12.60 to £12.90 per hour during days (depending on qualification), and £60 per sleep night (approximately £33,357.00 to £33,980.00 per annum). Opportunities to earn extra through overtime at enhanced rates.

This service aims to change children's lives for the better by providing best-in-class specialist services.

What we are looking for:

We seek nurturing and supportive individuals who can provide outstanding childcare and support our young people to achieve excellent outcomes.

Our home is a small, homely setting for up to three young people requiring therapeutic placements. Our team supports their domestic needs, education, social skills, and organizes fun activities and excursions.

Essential requirements:

  • A valid UK driving license
  • Legal right to work in the UK without restrictions
  • Prior experience in a children's care role is desirable

  • Applicants must be aged 21 or above due to industry regulations
