Witherslack Group is recruiting a Residential Support Worker to join our UK homes. You’ll help children and young people with SEMH, support daily routines, school readiness and activities, and contribute to positive outcomes in a warm caring environment.

We offer a competitive base salary with generous bonuses, a four‑week induction, seven weeks holiday, and progression opportunities through the Aspire programme. No prior experience required; training provided.

Qualifications

• Full UK driving licence held for at least 12 months.
• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is preferred or supported.
• Demonstrates empathy, resilience and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Support young people in daily routines, school preparation and activities.
• Assist with homework, paperwork and planning engaging activities.
• Ensure wellbeing and safety in residential settings.
