Secure Unit Support Worker Channel Islands

Are you looking for a change of scene, but what to continue to make a difference to the lives of vulnerable children and families?

We are currently recruiting for a secure Children's unit based in the Channel Islands who are looking for experienced support workers to work within a Secure Residential Children's Home.

Requirements
  • You will need to have worked in a secure setting within the last 3 years.
  • You will be involved in sleep duties (overnight stays) with standby pay (0.25x hourly rate) and full pay if you are called out; bank holidays paid at 2x.
  • You will be outside IR35, with tax advantages compared to mainland; travel, moving costs and accommodation provided.
  • You must hold at least a level 3 QCF in Health and Social Care or equivalent, be over 21, and hold a clean driver's license.
