An established industry player is seeking compassionate Night Shift Staff to support young females with emotional and behavioral needs. The role requires dedicated individuals who are confident in managing challenging situations and possess essential training in safeguarding, first aid, and medication management. As a Night Shift Staff member, you will work from 22:00 to 08:00, ensuring a safe and supportive environment for the residents. This position offers a unique opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of young individuals while working in a fulfilling and dynamic setting.
There are 2 homes based in IP7. Due to limited or no public transport, staff members need to be drivers or arrange transportation for night shifts.
