Aspris is hiring a Residential Support Worker at the Children's Home March W to care for five young people aged 13 to 16 with emotional and behavioural needs. A full UK driving licence is essential, and you will help the young people enjoy activities in the community while supporting their independence.

Working as part of a supportive team, you will contribute to safe, nurturing care and accurate record-keeping, including incident reports.

Qualificações

• Full UK driving licence required.
• Experience working with children/young people is advantageous.
• Able to work flexibly and as part of a team.

Responsabilidades

• Support five young people aged 13–16 with emotional and behavioural needs.
• Take them to activities in the community and help them build independence.
• Assist with cooking, personal care, and daily routines as part of care.
• Maintain accurate records and incident reports with high attention to detail.
