Brook Street Social Care is hiring Residential Support Workers (Drivers Required) to cover services across the region. You will assist adults and possibly young people in daily living tasks, developing life skills and independence, within supported living and residential settings.

The role involves driving, community activities, and personal care where needed. Applicants must have a UK driving licence, access to a vehicle, and be prepared for DBS and reference checks.

Qualifications

• Hold a valid UK driving licence.
• Have access to your own vehicle.
• Be willing to undertake DBS and reference checks.
• Be willing to undertake personal care where required.
• Be able to work across a range of services in the region.

Responsibilities

• Support adults with learning and physical disabilities in daily living tasks.
• Develop life skills and independence for service users.
• Assist with community activities, appointments and outings.
• Provide emotional support and personal care when required.
