Job summary

Accomplish is seeking a Support Worker to assist adults in a residential setting at Howells Road, a bungalow in Dunvant, Swansea. You will help with daily routines, medication support, and health appointments, promoting independence and meaningful activities.

The role involves personal care, budgeting assistance, and basic domestic tasks, in a caring environment focused on wellbeing and development.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day support and routine of the people we support.
• Prompting independence whilst helping them live a fulfilling life.
• Supporting & encouraging the development of personal skills through hobbies and interests.
• Maintaining and helping with health care needs, including accompanying the people we support to routine appointments or administrating medication.
• Teaching life skills such as budgeting, paying bills & shopping.
• Assisting with personal care as required.
• Assisting with domestic tasks including cleaning & cooking.
• Providing guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support.
