Agincare is recruiting a Residential Support Worker to join our brand-new Children's Residential Home in Salisbury. You will provide compassionate care to children with learning disabilities, supporting daily routines and helping them grow in a safe, nurturing environment.
No prior experience is required as full training is provided; NVQ Level 3 commitment is welcomed. The role includes evenings, weekends, and occasional sleep-ins, with a supportive team and opportunities for progression.
