Agincare Weymouth is opening a not-for-profit Children’s Residential Home in Wimborne, Dorset, seeking a Male Support Worker to provide compassionate, safe care for children with learning disabilities. Full training is provided, and the role offers evening/weekend and occasional sleep-ins.
You will build trusting relationships, support routines, and help children gain life skills in a nurturing team environment. A Level 3 qualification or commitment to achieve it is encouraged.
